Customer Management Portal

We have partnered with Stripe to make our customer's billing experience the best in class. On the MythX Dashboard's billing page, you can access the Stripe Customer Portal, which allows you to update your payment methods easily, get past invoices and update billing information.

To access the Stripe Customer Portal go to Billing -> Manage Subscription

From there, you will be taken to a Stripe hosted page:

Updating Billing Address

For tax purposes, you are required to keep your billing address up to date. The good news is that the Stripe Customer Portal makes the process a breeze.

Start by clicking the Update Information button

Then update the address and press Save. You're all set! 🎉
